Do meaningful work. Feel supported while doing it.
At SKC Learning, we believe exceptional care begins with clinicians and therapists who feel supported, valued, and connected to their work.
We are a growing, clinician-led ABA practice serving children and adolescents throughout Northern and Central New Jersey. Our team is intentionally collaborative, with accessible clinical leadership, individualized support, and a shared commitment to providing thoughtful, ethical, and meaningful ABA services.

We value clinicians who want to keep learning. Team members receive ongoing training and mentorship, and eligible team members pursuing BCBA certification may have opportunities to receive supervised fieldwork experience in accordance with BACB requirements.
We offer a variety of part-time and full-time opportunities, including after-school, in-home, and school-based positions, depending on current client and staffing needs.
Our programs aren't built around checking boxes. Treatment is individualized around the learner, with a focus on communication, self-advocacy, independence, daily living, executive functioning, social relationships, and other socially significant skills.
SKC Learning offers the opportunity to work within a smaller, clinician-led organization where communication is personal, collaboration is encouraged, and clinical quality remains at the center of decision-making.
We're looking for thoughtful, dependable professionals who enjoy building relationships with learners and families and who believe ABA can be both evidence-based and compassionate.
Whether you're an experienced BCBA, an RBT, an ABA therapist, or pursuing certification in behavior analysis, we're interested in people who value ethical practice, collaboration, continued learning, and individualized care.
“I want SKC Learning to be a place where clinicians can do work they're proud of and know they have support when they need it. Our team is intentionally collaborative because I believe better-supported clinicians are able to provide better, more thoughtful care to the learners and families we serve.”
Compensation details are listed on each individual job posting.
